Georgie Award Winners

Project entries are evaluated using descriptions, digital images, and supporting documentation. Judges score each submission based on category criteria, awarding points from one to six depending on how well each project meets the standards.

Up to five entries with the highest scores in each category are named finalists, with the top-scoring project receiving the Georgie Award®, recognizing excellence, creativity, and craftsmanship. The Grand Georgie Award combines the average scores of the top three projects in their categories with a review of all submitted materials. Half the result comes from project scores, and half from the entrant’s written submission, highlighting the very best of B.C. homebuilding.
